I design

objects & services

to address social issues.

Hi, I'm Elsa.

I design objects and services to address social issues and climate change. Throughout my personal, professional, and university experiences I’ve become passionate about collaborative design that responds to people's needs in practical and creative ways. I aspire to enable systemic change by giving people a voice through co-design workshops.

My Projects.

My team and I imagined furniture made from waste in refugee camps.
Small-scale farmers helped me design a service that would educate consumers on sustainable farming.
I designed a service to help residents participate in urban greening.
This soluble packaging could clean pesticides off of fruit.
These porcelain planters light up at night to reveal a pattern inside.
I mentored students on a service design project that aimed to alleviate homelessness.
I made playful stackable desert containers.
I made exhibition furniture that is easy to fold and transport.

I followed additional training to learn...
